Terms and Conditions

1. Seller identification

These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between:

hereinafter referred to as "the Seller", and any natural or legal person making a purchase on the website lookaime.com, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer".

2. Products and prices

The Seller offers the following products:

  • AI Visibility Practical Guide — 17 € incl. VAT
    Downloadable PDF guide covering AI visibility fundamentals and the first actions to implement.
  • AI Diagnostic — Complete Visibility Audit — 99 € incl. VAT
    Personalised PDF report: 40–60 prompts tested across 5 AI engines, visibility score per engine, 3-competitor benchmark. Delivered within 5 business days.
  • Action Plan — Prioritised Recommendations — 349 € incl. VAT
    Full diagnostic + structured action plan with 10 prioritised recommendations, 90-day roadmap and implementation guide. Delivered within 5 business days.

Prices are shown in euros including VAT. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Orders are billed at the price in effect at the time of payment confirmation.

3. Order process

Orders are placed exclusively online at lookaime.com. The process is as follows:

  1. The Customer selects the desired product and clicks the order button.
  2. They are redirected to the Stripe Checkout secure payment interface.
  3. After payment confirmation, the Customer receives an order confirmation by email.
  4. For diagnostics and action plans, the Customer receives a link to the context form to fill in to enable production of the report.

The sales contract is deemed concluded at the time of payment confirmation by Stripe. The Customer guarantees that the information provided when ordering is accurate and complete.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe Inc., a PCI DSS-certified payment provider. Accepted payment methods include bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other methods available in the Stripe Checkout interface.

Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. No order will be processed before receipt of payment confirmation.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms differ by product:

  • Practical guide: immediate delivery by email after payment confirmation, as a download link to the PDF file.
  • AI Diagnostic: the PDF report is delivered by email within 5 business days of receipt of the context form completed by the Customer. This timeframe is indicative and may be extended in the event of high demand, with the Customer being notified.
  • Action Plan: same terms as the Diagnostic, 5 business days from receipt of the context form.

If the Customer does not receive their delivery email within the expected timeframe, they are invited to contact hello@lookaime.com stating their order email address.

6. Right of withdrawal

6.1 Legal right of withdrawal

Under Belgian consumer law (Book VI of the Code of Economic Law), the consumer Customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from conclusion of the contract for services, or from receipt of the digital goods.

To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their withdrawal decision to hello@lookaime.com before the deadline expires. In the case of provision of digital content (PDF guide) and if the Customer has expressly consented to the commencement of execution before the end of the withdrawal period, this right may be lost in accordance with applicable regulations.

6.2 Extended commercial guarantees

Independently of the legal right of withdrawal, the Seller offers the following commercial guarantees:

  • Practical guide: full refund, no conditions, within 7 days of purchase, upon simple request to hello@lookaime.com.
  • AI Diagnostic: full refund if the delivered report provides no useful information about your company's AI visibility. To activate this guarantee, the Customer must have read the report and indicate by email why the content did not add value. The request must be made within 14 days of receiving the report.
  • Action Plan: full refund if the recommendations provided are not actionable for your situation. The Customer must specify the recommendations concerned and explain why they cannot be implemented. The request must be made within 21 days of receiving the report.

Refunds are processed via Stripe within 5 to 10 business days following validation of the request.

7. Liability

The products provided by the Seller are information and decision-support tools. They do not constitute binding legal, financial or strategic advice. The Seller cannot be held liable for decisions made by the Customer based on the information contained in the reports.

The Seller's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the product concerned. The Seller cannot be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, loss of revenue or loss of profit.

AI visibility results measured in the diagnostics reflect the state of AI engines at the time of testing. AI visibility may change over time as models and algorithms are updated, without this engaging the Seller's liability.

8. Intellectual property

Reports, guides and content delivered to the Customer are intended for strictly personal and internal professional use. The Customer may not resell, redistribute, publish or commercially exploit this content without prior written authorisation from the Seller.

9. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these terms, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution within 30 days.

Failing an amicable agreement, the competent Belgian courts shall have sole jurisdiction to settle the dispute. For Belgian consumers, the Consumer Mediation Service is also accessible: mediationconsommateur.be.

The European online dispute resolution platform is accessible at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Amendments to the terms

The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The applicable terms are those in force at the time of ordering. Amendments do not affect orders already placed.
